No Return Policy 

At Zyoraa, every saree is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. Therefore, all purchases made through our website are considered final. We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. 

No Refund Policy 

We maintain a strict No Refund Policy. Refunds will not be issued for: 

  • Change of mind after purchase  
  • Personal preference regarding color, fabric, or design  
  • Incorrect selection of product by the customer  
  • Delay caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control  

Product Images & Colors 

We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, or device displays. Such variations shall not be considered defects and will not qualify for returns or refunds. 

Order Cancellation 

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
